I am a vessel dispensing this Living Water through the mediums of art, music, and
prose. I have dedicated the talents God has blessed me with to point people to
Him and His Kingdom. These gifts are also used to encourage and inspire my
brothers and sisters in Christ. I hope you enjoy your visit to my site, and leave
with a fresh perspective on what it means to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.

I strive in my paintings to depict the subjects of the Bible stories in an
ethnically
accurate
manner. This is to silence the ill-informed and sadly mistaken voices that
teach Jesus was white, the Biblical Israelites and Jews were white, or that
Christians worship "the white man's god."  History on this earth began in the
Middle East, the same place it is destined to end. It all goes back to the Middle
East where the Garden of Eden was situated in modern day Iraq; one of the
tributaries of the great river that went out of Eden is specifically mentioned as the
Euphrates. Even if we fast forward post-Flood, we find the ark coming to rest on
Mount Ararat in Turkey (just north of Iraq) and civilization reestablishing itself in
Shinar - also Iraq.  There God confused the language and the people dispersed to
populate other regions of the earth, but the story picks up again with Abraham.
Jesus was of the seed of Abraham, and God called Abraham out of Ur, of the
Chaldees - meaning Babylonian -
once again Iraq. It is not a stretch then, to say
that Jesus was ethnically a multi-generational Iraqi.

The biblical Israelites' relationship with God was based on covenant, not ethnicity,
because it was difficult to tell the difference between people of the region by mere
sight. If this were not so, Joseph and Mary would have been unable to take the
young Jesus and hide in Egypt until the death of Herod, who sought to kill him. It
was precisely because they were able to blend in with the rest of the Egyptian
population that they were safe from discovery. Since Egypt has of late been in the

news, I am glad Western Christians have had an opportunity to see the skin tone
of the people of that region. The false depiction of historical Bible figures with fair
skin and blue eyes is a tool of Satan to cause division and resentment. It's as
though we can say, God, I accept your reality and the historical truth of the Bible,
but it's too difficult to admit most of the players were brown-skinned. Unless we
have a problem with the way God does things and think we know better than
Him, we shouldn't have an issue if the body that hung on the cross as a living
sacrifice for us  was just as brown as all the other people in that region.

I'm sure Jesus saw ahead in time to these ridiculous notions that cause resentment
and are a stumbling block to many coming to Him, because he told the Samaritan
woman at the well that "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship
him in spirit and in truth." At the end of the day, it is about worshiping God in
spirit and in truth. My point is that the enemy will use anything he can to distort,
disrupt,  and cause division.   All Christians should focus on laboring fr
om a
perspective of love and humility,
rather than exalting their particular preferences,
race, culture, etc., lest we be found scatter
ing, rather than gathering for his
Kingdom.

On page 518 of
my book, which you can get here, anagrams describe a "thundery
sage who will teach the peoples of the world an accurate synopsis of history,
thereby "soothing the fair races" during the thousand year reign of Christ. Until
then, those of us who minister in the arts must be diligent to represent events as
truthfully as possible, leaving feelings of human pride and prejudice out.

Another aspect of my painting is to depict the characters in as graphic a manner
as possible. As the gallery progresses, parents may want to peruse the images first,
especially if Bible teaching of young children is being supplemented. In the pages
of the 66 books that make up the Bible are many instances of bloodshed, vile
disease, and despicable actions. While it is not my intention to fixate on these,
some paintings may contain a component of them. If your sensibilities are easily
offended, you may want to stick to "typical" Bible paintings.
"He that believeth on me, as the scripture
hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers
of living water."
Words of Jesus Christ as recorded  in the Gospel of John
"If thou knewest the gift of God, and
who it is that saith to thee, Give me to
drink; thou wouldest have asked of
him, and he would have given thee
living water."
Words of Jesus Christ as recorded  in the Gospel of John
... whoever drinks of the water that I shall
give him shall never thirst; but the water
that I shall give him shall be in him a well
of water springing up into everlasting life.
